Order and Shipping

 

Have you ordered one or more products on CHICALA, We will then send the products to you as soon as possible in stable packaging. The following applies:

 

If possible, we will send the order by mail.

You can easily follow the status of your order through a Track & Trace code.

 

Shipping costs

CHICALA wants to keep the cost of shipping your order as low as possible. We do this by shipping small products in a bubble envelope instead of a box.

 

Alternative delivery address

Want to order a product for someone else or have an order delivered to your workplace? Enter your desired delivery address in your account information. Are all the products you want to order in your shopping cart? Then click on "Go to step 2 - Your address details". Under address information, you must enter both a delivery address and a billing address. Have you ordered from CHICALA before and want to use the same address information? Enter your login information and check "use my account information". The delivery and billing address will then be filled in automatically.

 

Delivery time

The average delivery time consists of 2 working days processing time and 6-10 working days delivery time. If you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, it often takes longer to receive your order. In the case of prepayment by bank, it takes one to three business days for us to receive payment.
